Lighthouse Youth and Family Services has Safe and Supported - an LGBTQ Youth Homelessness Prevention Initiative. Some of their initiatives include:

-Host Home Program: works with LGBTQ youth ages 18-24 who are homeless/at risk of homelessness and connects them to volunteer hosts that provide housing, food, etc. For more info. you can email safeandsupportedatlysdotorg
