I am Stephanie Mullen's mom, Pam. I met you at the mtg Friday. I am the health commissioner at the Norwood HD and want to partner with your Harm Reduction Program. I need to write a proposal to the city because they will not release the opiate funding for things, so I thought a proposal with a budget would be necessary. We could set up a zoom mtg or something. I know I have Greg Kesterman's support. We have a Narcan distribution project going, but I want a program for Norwood, & that's just a start! Thank you for any help you can provide.
