The Hopeline, supported through One City for Recovery, has been functioning in Butler, Warren and Clinton co for the past 7 years. Through the years we have expanded to Montgomery and Hamilton County. Within Butler, Warren and Clinton Counties our Care Coordinators are connected to the QRTs in those area. In Butler County there are several QRTs and they all function a little different. Hamilton and Middletown have a traditional QRT model and have expanded to follow up on drug arrests and be available for active calls, as well. Fairfield, Fairfield Twp, Oxford and the Sheriff’s department tend to have less ODs but will go out on an as needed basis. Warren Co has a specific QRT in just Franklin and also operates a county wide QRT. Our care coordinator in Clinton Co is going out with multiple jurisdictions within the law enforcement community to reach clients.
Our Care Coordinators work in the community, regularly going out with Law Enforcement, spending time in and near libraries, day shelters and community gathering areas to reach our clients. All our Care Coordinators have cell phone that they can be reached on during normal business hours. We have the ability to call or text our clients. We also pioneered the need for social media accounts to reach and be reached by those in need. We provide transportation to treatment and also work to break down barriers that might keep an individual from entering treatment.
