Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion (LEAD) is a pre-arrest diversion program that allows law enforcement officers to redirect individuals committing low-level offenses due to unmet behavioral health needs to harm-reduction based case management services rather than jail and prosecution. By diverting low-level offenders to support services, LEAD aims to improve public safety and reduce recidivism rates. LEAD staff can be reached at 513-946-7526 (PLAN).
